Cook the Luganega Paesana 500g AIA:

IN A PAN:
Cook the sausage with a drizzle of oil over medium heat. Cook until done, turning the product often.

IN THE OVEN:
Place the sausage in a baking dish with a drizzle of oil and bake at 220°C. Cook, making sure to turn the product often.
