Description

The smoked sausage with grilled vegetables is a really delicious main course that will make you look great with your guests. Smoking the sausage is not difficult, it can also be done in the kitchen without the use of a barbecue. The grilled vegetables complete this dish by giving sweetness and freshness. The first thing to do, to prepare the smoked sausage is to get some sticks of 10-15 cm in length and a maximum thickness of 1 cm. The type of wood, as happens for grills, will scent differently your sausage changing the taste of the smoking.

To proceed with the smoking you will need two pans of the same size and a flame cut net. Put the sticks in one of the two pans, place the net on top and cover with the other upside down pan. Turn on the flame and wait 5 minutes so that the heat increases and the wood spreads its scent.

At this point remove the pan that served as a lid and place the sausage on the net. Turn it a couple of times during cooking and when it is ready serve it with the grilled vegetables or keep it in a dish covering it with aluminum foil to maintain the heat. Grill the vegetables and season them with oil and salt.
