Christmas Stuffed Chicken

Deboned chicken with tender stuffing ready to cook.

Celebrate cheerfully with AIA and cook the Granripieno Chicken:

IN THE PAN: 90 minutes
Brown the deboned stuffed chicken in a pan with a knob of butter for 5 minutes. Add a little water, adjust the salt, cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for about 80 minutes.
Finish cooking without the lid to dry part of the liquid.

IN THE OVEN: 90 minutes
Preheat the fan oven to 200°C and place the AIA Granripieno Chicken in a baking dish with a little water and adjust the salt.
Let it cook for about 90 minutes and halfway through cooking add a little white wine.
