Procedure
Salt the AIA Turkey Breast Slices on both sides and, on their surface, arrange a slice of speck.
Remove the crust from the brie cheese, cut it into thin slices and place it on top of the speck.
Form the rolls by rolling the AIA Turkey Breast Slices, then close them with a kitchen string or a toothpick.
Lightly flour the turkey rolls with speck and brie and, in the meantime, brown a clove of garlic in extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick pan.
Remove the garlic clove and arrange the rolls inside the pan: cook for 1 minute and then deglaze with half a glass of white wine, until it evaporates.
Adjust with salt and pepper, continue cooking for another 3 minutes and turn off.
