1 pack of AIA chicken thighs
1 tablespoon of honey
Salt
Pepper
Butter
Extra virgin olive oil
Currant berries as needed
100 g of sugar

Procedure

Marinate the AIA Chicken Thighs in a bowl with a tablespoon of honey, a drizzle of oil, some pepper and salt. Then cook in a pan with a knob of butter and a drizzle of oil, glazing with the marinade.

Separately in a saucepan pour 100 ml of water, 100 g sugar and cook, stirring always until you have obtained a syrup.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the currant berries. Put the saucepan back on the heat and stir well for 15 minutes.
