Procedure
In a bowl, mix the cornmeal together with the grated Parmigiano Reggiano. Heat a non-stick pan and create the classic wafers that you will model on a round pasta cutter of the same diameter as the slices of BonRoll. Bake the AIA Classic BonRoll in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 70 minutes.
In the meantime, in a saucepan heat the milk, then turn off the heat and add the chunks of gorgonzola, stirring until you get a thick sauce. Put the cheese sauce on the serving plate, add a slice of BonRoll and its wafer.
