Here is the recipe for BonRoll with gratinated asparagus.

Procedure

1

Pour a drizzle of oil and a glass of white wine into a baking dish. Place the AIA BonRoll in it and cook it in a preheated oven at 180˚C for 70 minutes, covering it for the first 50 minutes.

2

In the meantime, prepare the side dish. Wash the asparagus and cut the lower part, which is the hardest and has a woody consistency. Cook them in plenty of salted water for about 10 minutes, then drain and dry them, patting them lightly with a cloth.

3

Now take a bowl and pour in the breadcrumbs, two tablespoons of oil, salt and finely ground black pepper. If you want to make the gratin even tastier, you can add two yolks of Extra Fresh Large Eggs. Mix everything together.

4

Arrange the asparagus in a baking dish, lightly grease them with the remaining oil and sprinkle them with the mixture. Add the grated Parmesan and when there are 20 minutes left to the end of the BonRoll cooking time, also put the asparagus in the oven.
