Cook the AIA Classic BonRoll in slices in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil for 15 minutes.


Clean the spring onion, cut it into slices and stew it in a pan with a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper. Flavor the spring onion with Marsala, let the liquid reduce and then blend everything until you get a sauce. Roughly chop the pistachios.
