3 slices of AIA turkey thigh
3 slices of ham (raw or cooked to choice)
50 g of mozzarella

Procedure

First of all, flatten the turkey thigh slices with a meat mallet and lay the slices of cooked or raw ham and a slice of mozzarella (which you have previously sliced) on top.

Roll up the slices now to form rolls and place them in a baking dish that you have previously greased with a drizzle of EVO oil. Season them with a pinch of salt and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180°C (about 356°F).

Once ready, serve the baked turkey rolls still hot, perhaps accompanied by a side dish of delicious roast potatoes!
