The Viennese is the perfect solution for an easy-to-prepare second course. Cook the AIA Viennese:

SAUTÉED IN A PAN:
To serve the Viennese hot and golden, place it with a drizzle of oil or a knob of butter in a non-stick pan, turning it occasionally.

CRISPY IN THE OVEN:
Preheat the fan oven to 220°c and place the Viennese in a baking dish without seasonings. Then put it in the already hot oven, turning it halfway through cooking. Try it also with new roast potatoes, flavored with diced speck and rosemary.
