The Viennese is the perfect solution for an easy-to-prepare second course. Cook the AIA Viennese:
SAUTÉED IN A PAN:
To serve the Viennese hot and golden, arrange it with a drizzle of oil or a knob of butter in a non-stick pan and cook it, turning it occasionally.
CRISPY IN THE OVEN:
Preheat the fan oven to 220°c and arrange the Viennese in a baking dish without seasonings. Then put it in the already very hot oven, turning it halfway through cooking. Try it also with new roast potatoes, flavored with diced speck and rosemary.
