We propose an easy recipe, but above all quick to make, perfect for improvising a last minute dinner: the Viennese with cauliflower mayonnaise, toasted pine nuts and spicy ribs. It is a simple and quick dish in which the taste of the AIA Viennese is enhanced by a delicate cauliflower mayonnaise. The spicy ribs give crunchiness and sprint to the recipe that will really conquer everyone.  

Here's how to prepare the Viennese with cauliflower mayonnaise, toasted pine nuts and spicy ribs

Cook the AIA Viennese in the oven for about 8 minutes. Then also steam the cauliflowers and arrange them in the mixer glass. Add a few drops of lime juice and blend, adding the oil in a thin stream to obtain a frothy consistency.

Clean the ribs, cut them into pieces and sauté them in a pan with oil, salt and chili pepper. When cooked, sprinkle the ribs with white sesame

Serve the viennese accompanied by the mayonnaise and the vegetables.
