Ultra-thin Turkey Tenderloin Slices

Thin slices of turkey tenderloin. Very tender and quick to cook.

Cook the Ultra-thin AIA in a PAN:

To serve the “Ultra-thin” slices hot and golden, lightly grease the bottom of a non-stick pan with a few drops of extra-virgin olive oil and sauté them, turning them often.

Try them also:

- dusted with flour like scaloppine;
- breaded like cutlets;
- rolled up like stuffed rolls.
