Preparation
Place the turkey slices in a baking dish, brush them with 2 tablespoons of oil, season with salt, add 1 broken bay leaf, and the juice of ½ lemon. Put everything in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, and halfway through cooking, moisten with ½ glass of white wine.
