Spinacine - Cutlets with Spinach

IN A PAN:
Place the Spinacine still frozen in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil or a knob of butter, and cook them, turning occasionally.

IN FAN OVEN:
Place the Spinacine still frozen in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 250°C.

AIR FRYER:

Preheat the air fryer for 2 minutes at 190°C. Once hot, place the Spinacine still frozen in the basket and cook for 8 minutes.
