Chicken Fillet Cutlets

An easy, inviting main course to pair with a fresh tomato salad. Frozen.
IN A PAN:
Place the cutlets still frozen in a nonstick pan with a drizzle of oil or a knob of butter, and cook them, turning occasionally.
IN THE FAN OVEN:
Place the cutlets still frozen in a baking dish and cook in a preheated oven.
AIR FRYER:
Preheat the air fryer for 2 minutes at 190°C. Once hot, place the cutlets still frozen in the basket and cook for 8 minutes.
