Description

If you love light snacks suitable for snacks before or after sports (and not only), the homemade rice cakes with aeQuilibrium are just what you need.

Making rice cakes at home is simple and won't take much time. You can prepare a larger quantity of rice cakes than a single snack, because they will keep in a plastic bag for up to 4/5 days. Once ready, fill your rice cakes with the Baked Chicken Breast aeQuilibrium AIA adding, if you like, a bit of dill and some spices to give your snack a tastier flavor.

Here are all the steps to prepare your homemade rice cakes.

Procedure

1

Put the sifted flours in a bowl and mix them, then add the oil and the rice malt. Start to amalgamate the ingredients and, little by little, also add the soy milk.

2

Knead until you get a homogeneous and smooth mixture. Cover the bowl with a cotton kitchen cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

3

At this point, with the help of a rolling pin, roll out the dough and create a sheet about 5 mm thick. With a pastry cutter or a simple glass, cut out the round shape of your cakes (choose the size you like). Place the discs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.

4

Once cooked, let them cool and then fill them with aeQuilibrium, homemade mayonnaise, spices to taste or yogurt sauce.
