300 gr of Greek yogurt
1 clove of garlic
1 cucumber
1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
Salt to taste
Extra virgin olive oil to taste

Procedure

Wash and remove the seeds from the cucumber, grate it without removing the skin, squeeze it and let it rest for at least an hour, so that it loses water.

Peel the garlic clove, removing the core with a knife, chop it finely and crush it.

Combine in a bowl the yogurt, oil, vinegar, crushed garlic and adjust with salt, then mix the ingredients together. Add the well-squeezed cucumber and mix again.

Cover and store in the refrigerator, to let the flavors of your sauce blend together.
