1 GranBonRoll with Prunes
Sultanas and Pine Nuts AIA
2 glasses of red wine
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 onion
1 carrot
1 celery stalk
1 clove of garlic
1 bunch of thyme

Description

The roast on the Sunday table is perfect only if there is also a bottle of red wine. Imagine making a thick sauce that accompanies the meat and vegetables. By choosing the Gran BonRoll with prunes, sultanas and pine nuts you can make your recipe even more special.

Procedure

Wash the carrot and the celery stalk and peel the onion. Cut all the vegetables into cubes along with the garlic and put them in a saucepan to wilt, after which add the BonRoll to brown it with the vegetables.

At this point add the 2 glasses of red wine and let it evaporate. Continue cooking for about 20 minutes with the lid on, when it is ready remove it from the saucepan and place it on a serving dish.

To the sauce obtained with the wine, add the tablespoon of sugar and let it reduce to form a sauce that you will use to season the roast. Arrange the vegetables around and bring to the table. Enjoy your meal!
