Description

The Provencal chicken with vegetables is an ideal recipe to present on the Sunday tables or special occasions where tradition and taste meet, giving life to a true classic of Italian cuisine

Try it also on everyday occasions, perhaps to celebrate the children's report card or to satisfy the most greedy who with the Provencal chicken will lick their mustaches. 

The preparation of Provencal chicken with vegetables is very simple.

Procedure

With all the aromatic herbs make a very fine chop which you will sprinkle, inside and out, all over the chicken.

Put the chicken in a baking dish and brush it with EVO oil, insert a clove of garlic on the bottom and add a sprig of fresh rosemary.

Cook the chicken in the oven at 190°C for 55 minutes. After this time, to test the actual cooking of the chicken, skewer it with a toothpick, if the liquid that comes out will be clear, your Provencal chicken will be actually cooked.

During the cooking of the chicken clean and cut the vegetables into cubes and cook them in the oven, seasoned with oil and aromatic herbs, for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
