1 pack of AIA turkey thigh slices
170 g low-fat white yogurt
2-3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan
2-3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
2-3 tablespoons of sesame
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Description

A crunchy breading made from sesame seeds can make even simple slices of turkey thigh special!

Procedure

Place the turkey slices in a baking dish and cover them with yogurt. Season with salt and pepper and let them marinate covered with film for about 30 minutes.

In the meantime, mix the Parmesan, breadcrumbs and sesame. Take the turkey slices and pass them in this mix, then lay them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle the breaded slices with extra virgin olive oil and bake at 200° for 20 minutes.
