Procedure

Cut the slice of turkey breast into cubes and set them aside.

Beat the egg yolk in a bowl, then add the ricotta and the grated Emmental. Mix, adjust with salt, pepper and nutmeg; finally, add the cubes of turkey breast.

Roll out the puff pastry in a baking dish and arrange the filling evenly. Bake at 220°C for about 20-30 minutes until the pie has browned and a crust has formed on the surface.
