In a bowl, crack the eggs and gently beat them with a fork, adding a pinch of salt and 3 teaspoons of milk. Continue beating with the fork and then cut the AIA Wudy into slices.

Cut the scamorza into cubes and the fontina into many small strips. Combine all the ingredients with the eggs in the bowl and also add half of the grated Parmesan. Mix well.

In a baking dish, lay the puff pastry that you will take care to prick with the tines of a fork. Pour the filling from the bowl onto the puff pastry and level it with the help of a spoon. Add a sprinkle of the remaining grated Parmesan and breadcrumbs.

Now brush the edges of the puff pastry with a beaten egg and bake your savory cake at 180°C for about 35 minutes.
