Remove the ends of the zucchinis and cut into slices, then brown them in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil and the clove of garlic. Season with a pinch of salt and once they are crispy, let them cool for a moment. Cut the Wudy AIA into slices and add them to the zucchinis in the pan. Mix well.

Lay the puff pastry in a pie dish that you have previously buttered and prick the base with a fork. In a bowl, beat the eggs together with a pinch of salt and the Parmesan.

Pour the mixture of zucchinis and sausages onto the puff pastry in the pie dish and then also add the beaten eggs. Bake in a preheated oven at 185°C for 30 minutes.
