First, put the asparagus to boil in a pot full of water and let it cook for about 15 minutes. In a small pot, boil two eggs for about 5/6 minutes and once they are cooked, drain them, peel them and cut them in half.

In a bowl, beat the other three eggs and add the ricotta and the asparagus that you have drained and cut into pieces.
Season with salt, pepper and two tablespoons of Extra virgin olive oil.

Now pour all the ingredients into a buttered pan in which you have laid the brisée dough and also add the hard-boiled eggs. Bake the savory pie in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30/35 minutes.
