Ingredients
Description
Turkey rolls are very easy to prepare and their simple and delicate flavor makes them perfect to be served with creative and unusual sauces, like horseradish sauce.
Ideal for roasts, boiled meats and for grilled meat, horseradish sauce also pairs perfectly with turkey rolls cooked in a pan or in the oven.
Here's how to prepare turkey rolls with horseradish sauce.
Procedure
Place the Thinly Sliced Turkey Thigh on a surface and spread them out well. Stuff them with a sprinkle of grated Parmigiano Reggiano, a slice of speck and a very fine chop of parsley. Close the rolls and secure them with wooden skewers or tie them with kitchen string.
Brown the rolls in a pan with a drizzle of oil and as soon as they are well sautéed, deglaze with the white wine. Let the alcohol evaporate and cook the meat for 10 minutes adding some broth if necessary. Adjust with salt and pepper and start preparing the horseradish sauce.
Preparing the cren sauce is really very simple, start by peeling the root and cutting it into coarse pieces. Put it in the blender and blend it very well, then add the sugar and a pinch of salt.
Place the obtained mixture in a small bowl and cover with vinegar until everything is covered. Mix well and store in the refrigerator until use.
