Description

The stew enriched with spices such as sweet and strong paprika deserves to be tried at least once.

This recipe is a reinterpretation of the original Hungarian, the famous Goulash, which uses beef.

This variant of goulash with turkey will be equally delicious and perfect for cold winter evenings: here is the recipe.

Procedure

1

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a casserole, brown the thinly sliced onions in it and add the turkey passed in the sweet paprika.

2

Sprinkle everything with the tablespoon of flour, mix well and cook for 10 minutes.

3

Salt, pepper and add a teaspoon of strong paprika

4

At this point add the potatoes cut into pieces, the tomato puree and little by little the hot broth.

5

Cover the pot and let it cook for about 20-25 minutes.
