300 g of KEB'S AIA 100% turkey kebab (frozen)
2 zucchini
1 eggplant
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 onion
2 tomatoes
100 g of grated emmentaler
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
1 clove of garlic
Thyme
Basil or oregano
Salt

Description

The Provençal vegetables, seasoned with basil or oregano, are ideal to accompany a main course like the turkey kebab. Many colors and flavors, very close to those of the Mediterranean, for a light main course delicious suitable for all seasons and daily occasions. With Keb’s Aia frozen, it only takes a few minutes to bring a rich and substantial, but at the same time light, dish to the table.

Procedure

To prepare the Provençal vegetables, wash and clean all the vegetables. The zucchini should be cut into slices, while the tomatoes should be peeled. Score the skin crosswise and blanch them for a few minutes. Drain them, peel them and cut them into pieces, removing the seeds.

Also cut the peppers into pieces and thinly slice the onion. In a pan, brown the onion and garlic, then add the tomatoes and stir until they have reduced to a sauce. Adjust with salt and pepper.

In a baking dish, arrange the zucchini and peppers, sprinkle them with the tomato sauce and then with the basil or oregano. Let cook for 10-15 minutes at 180° after which cover the vegetables with the kebab and bake for a few more minutes.
