Chicken Kebab Sandwich with French Fries

Among the new products from AIA for the table, there is a real delicacy, the Chicken Kebab!
The meat is practically ready to end up in a nice sandwich: 5 minutes in the pan and it's done. All you need is a good sandwich, some salad, a few slices of onion - for those who want - or some french fries and you're done.
Follow the recipe and you will have a kebab sandwich to lick your mustache.
Procedure
Wash the tomatoes and lettuce and cut everything into strips. Also clean the onion and cut it into rings. Combine everything in a bowl and season with salt, oil and pepper.
In the meantime, heat the AIA Keb’s in a pan for 2/3 minutes.
Cut the buns in half and spread mayonnaise on one side, and ketchup on the other. On the base of the sandwich arrange the salad with the tomatoes and onion and place the kebab on top.
Prepare the french fries: peel the potatoes, cut them into wedges or sticks and wash them several times until the water is clear.
Once this operation is finished, dry the potatoes very well and heat some seed oil for frying. When it is at the right temperature, put the potatoes to fry until they are well browned.
