1 pack of Keb's AIA Chicken Kebab and Grilled Vegetables (frozen)
4 large corn tortillas
1 eggplant
Some lettuce leaves
Parsley
Mayonnaise
Mixed herbs
Extra virgin olive oil

Description

First, wash the eggplant, cut it into very thin slices and grill it on a hot plate.

Then season it with salt, oil and a bit of finely chopped parsley. In a hot pan, cook the Keb’s AIA for about 6 minutes and at the end add the grilled eggplant to blend the flavors.

In the meantime, in another hot pan, pour a drizzle of oil and heat the tortillas. When everything is ready, spread the tortillas with mayonnaise mixed with mixed herbs and a bit of pepper, then stuff with the kebab and vegetables.
