250 g of green beans
150 g of cherry tomatoes
200 g of low-fat white yogurt
2 Belgian endive plants
Some mint leaves
Extra virgin olive oil

With the kebab salad you will have an alternative to chicken salad or the summer pasta or rice salad. Quick to prepare and very light, thanks to the yogurt and mint sauce, the kebab salad will always make you feel on vacation. 

Simple and tasty, here is the recipe for the kebab salad with yogurt and mint sauce perfect for all the times you get hungry.

Procedure

To prepare the kebab salad with yogurt and mint sauce, start by boiling the green beans in plenty of salted water. In the meantime chop the mint and add it to the yogurt, mixing well to combine the ingredients. Add the extra virgin olive oil and adjust the salt and pepper.

Mix in a bowl the boiled and halved green beans, the cherry tomatoes in wedges and the well-washed endive, season with extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt. Arrange the salad on a serving dish.

Finally, heat the AIA kebab in a pan for 2 minutes and add it to the salad, season everything with the yogurt and mint sauce
