Roesti is a typical Swiss dish that is as fun to eat as it is easy to prepare. You can use potato roesti for a brunch or for a party with friends.

Procedure

To prepare the potato roesti with sausages first cut the Wudy Classic Family AIA into cubes and set them aside. Then wash the potatoes very well and boil them al dente with the skin. Once the optimal cooking is reached, peel the hot potatoes and mash them with a potato masher

Peel the onion, slice it thinly and stew it with a little oil in a pan. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes with the two eggs and the grated parmesan.

Finally add the onions and the diced Wudy. Adjust with salt and pepper, mix everything well and divide the dough into 4 small piles

In a hot non-stick pan, melt the butter then start cooking the four parts of the dough, pressing them with a fork to give them the shape of an omelette.

Cook each side of the roesti well so that they are easy to turn, it will take at least two minutes per side
