Description

The ham and pistachio balls are a perfect finger food to nibble on while waiting for the main courses.

The recipe is very quick and easy to prepare: it only takes 10 minutes and the result is guaranteed: here's how to prepare delicious ham and pistachio balls.

Procedure

With the help of a spoon, mix in a flat plate the sesame seeds with the pistachio crumbs to obtain a kind of breading.

To prepare the ham balls, put in the blender half a pack of High Quality aeQuilibrium AIA Cooked Ham and 50 g of ricotta.

Blend until you have obtained a homogeneous pink cream.

With wet hands, form balls and roll them in the pistachio and sesame breading.

Skewer the balls on a stick on which you will arrange a rolled slice of ham, then place them on a serving plate.

Let them rest in the refrigerator until serving time.
