Procedure
Pour a drizzle of oil into a saucepan and brown the garlic clove then add the finely chopped peeled tomatoes. Heat them up stirring and add a pinch of salt and a bunch of basil that you will remove at the end of cooking.
Let it cook on low heat and with the lid until the sauce has thickened. While the sauce is almost ready, cook the meatballs: in a pan heat a drizzle of oil and cook the spinach and ricotta meatballs making them jump so that the cooking is even.
