150 g of Greek yogurt
1 Lemon
2 potatoes
100 ml of Tomato juice
1 cucumber
Fresh oregano (or dry)
1 teaspoon of mustard

This is a tasty and delicate recipe, a different and very original way to serve and taste the meatballs together with three sauces with an unmistakable flavor that give sprint and color to the meatballs.

Here is the complete recipe for meatballs with three sauces!



First of all, prepare the yogurt sauce: put the yogurt in the mixer, season with salt and lemon juice. Emulsify with the oil until you get a velvety sauce. Season the yogurt sauce with chives finely cut with scissors.


Now focus on the potato mayonnaise: boil the potatoes with the skin in slightly salted water and drain them when they are soft then peel and mash them. Once cooled, put the potatoes in the mixer, adding salt, pepper, a teaspoon of mustard and the juice of half a lemon. Emulsify with oil until you get a mayonnaise.


Now prepare the gazpacho: take the tomato juice and season it with oil and salt. Blend the seasoned tomato juice with the cucumber and garnish with fresh oregano.


Cook the meatballs of BonRoll in a pan and serve them in bowls with the three sauces or put the three bowls of sauces in a horizontal row and on each one place a meatball.
