1 pack of Wudy AIA
400 g of friarielli
2 slices of smoked scamorza
800 g of pizza dough
1 clove of garlic
1 chili pepper
Olive oil
Spicy oil

This is a light preparation, whose flavor is enhanced by the savoriness of Wudy AIA and the bitter and unmistakable taste of friarielli. The oil gives spiciness and harmoniously binds all the ingredients, giving life to a very colorful and truly unique dish!

Cut small pieces from the pizza dough, create balls and then roll them into a circle. Place the mini pizza in the round pan that you have previously greased with a drizzle of oil. 


In a large pan, sauté a clove of garlic and a chili pepper in olive oil. Then add the chopped friarielli and let them wilt. Season with a pinch of salt. 


Cook Wudy AIA in a pan for 4 minutes, then slice it. Place the Wudy AIA slices on the mini pizza, add the friarielli, the diced smoked scamorza and bake at 220°C for 10/15 minutes
