3 AIA Classic Wudy
1 AIA egg
3 peppers (1 yellow
1 red and 1 green)
20 thin slices of emmental
Puff pastry as needed

Description

When organizing a small party at home, don't let anxiety get the better of you: preparing lots of snacks is much easier than it seems!

The rustic wurstel with peppers and emmental can be prepared with your eyes closed: here's the recipe.

Procedure

First, let's prepare the peppers. Clean them and remove the white parts and seeds. Cut them into small pieces and sauté them in a hot pan with a drizzle of oil. This operation will only take a minute.

Now you can roll out the puff pastry and cut it into strips a little longer than the wurstel and about 10-12 centimeters wide.

Spread the cheese, peppers and wurstel on the pastry, leaving one of the edges free. Brush this free side with the beaten egg and roll the pastry onto itself to make a sort of savory strudel.

Place the 3 rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush again with the egg and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Serve the rustic wurstel after cutting them into rounds.
