4 AIA Wudy Cheese Sausages
200 g of spinach (fresh or frozen)
1 large mozzarella
grated Parmesan cheese
1 knob of butter
Nutmeg
Salt
Pepper

Description

There is no food more playful and fun than sausages. Roasted on the grill, chopped up in casseroles and stuffed in buns, they immediately bring joy and also stimulate the appetite. This time the fun idea is to turn them into toast, replacing the bread, and season them with spinach and mozzarella. You should try it, immediately.

Procedure

To prepare the sausage, spinach and mozzarella toast, first sauté the spinach in a pan with a little butter and a pinch of salt, pepper and nutmeg. Then cut the mozzarella into slices and bread them in the Parmesan.

Cut the AIA Wudy Cheese Sausages in half lengthwise and place them in a baking dish with the flat side up; distribute the spinach and slices of mozzarella on top.

Just 5 minutes in a preheated oven at 180° will give you fabulous sausage toast with spinach and mozzarella.
