Two packages of ready-made brisèe dough
300 g of frozen peas
A tablespoon of minced shallot
3 tablespoons of oil
200 g of tomato pulp
350 g of AIA Chicken Kebab in sheets

In a large pan, brown the shallot with the oil and, once golden, pour in the frozen peas. Add half a cup of hot water and cook.

After ten minutes, add the tomato pulp, adjust the salt and let it cook covered for another fifteen-twenty minutes.

Before removing from the heat, add the Chicken Kebab and let it flavor for three minutes: continue stirring and then let it rest.

In the meantime, unroll the brisèe dough and cut out rectangles that you will fill with the kebab and pea mixture. Roll up the dough to form a cylinder and seal the edges with fingers wet with a little cold water.

Brush with a beaten egg yolk with a drop of milk and bake in a preheated oven for twenty minutes or until golden.
