Description
An ideal recipe for many occasions: a men's night, or a lunch at the office, a family evening, a dinner with friends or, still, a last minute dinner. The answer is always the same: meat patty with potatoes and cheese sauce!
The star of this dish is the AIA Schiacciata, the spread sausage of chicken, turkey and pork ready in a few minutes. It's very simple to prepare: you can accompany it with a delicious side of baked potatoes and season it with cheese sauce.

Procedure
Start by preparing the cheese sauce. In a saucepan, heat the béchamel sauce over low heat and add the toma cheese cut into pieces; also add the Parmesan cheese, adjust with salt and pepper and stir until the toma cheese is well melted. When you have obtained a creamy and homogeneous mixture, free of lumps and of the right consistency, let the sauce cool.

When the potatoes are ready, prepare the AIA Schiacciata: in a pan or on a grill, all you have to do is brown it on both sides for minutes.
