The grilled tomino is one of the quickest recipes you can make: it's a very simple dish that can be transformed into a very refined dish with very few adjustments. To make this recipe even more delicious, just wrap the tomino with bacon slices: the result will be a real explosion of flavors and textures. Procedure
To prepare the grilled tomino with bacon you simply need to heat a grill very well. Take the bacon and lay it out on a work surface: then take the tomino cheeses and gently wrap them in a slice of bacon. Then put the bacon-wrapped tomino on the grill and turn them halfway through cooking.
In the meantime, wash the salad, clean the pears by removing the skin and cutting them into thin slices. Place the pear slices in the center of the plate and distribute some salad leaves around: season with oil, salt, pine nuts and a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
When the tomino cheeses are cooked, place them in the center of the plate and serve immediately.
