To prepare it, it takes more time to heat the oven than it does to create this delicacy. The crispy bundles are made with filo dough that cooks in a flash, the tomino cheeses melt like snow in the sun and embrace the turkey bresaola making your palate vibrate with taste. Procedure

To prepare the crispy bundle, spread a little olive paste on each tomino and then wrap it in slices of AeQuilibrium AIA turkey bresaola.

Take two sheets of filo dough and, keeping them overlapped, cut them into squares (slightly larger than the tominos themselves, and form the bundles.

Bake in the oven at 170°C for about 8 minutes, until the filo dough is well browned.

Serve the crispy tomino and turkey bresaola bundles on hot plates, decorated with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and parsley.
