4 Wudy PURE PORK AIA sausages
100 g of Taleggio cheese
20 g of butter
Fresh thyme to taste
1 pack of filo pastry

Description

For a party, a standing party to organize at home, ideas are never enough especially if you want to surprise your guests by proposing original recipes different from the usual ones. The pouches with sausage and taleggio cheese combine the crispness of the filo pastry with the soft creamy savoriness of the filling. Finger food ideal for keeping hands clean and guests happy.

Procedure

To prepare the crispy pouches of sausage and taleggio cheese, take a sheet of filo pastry, spread it out on a work surface and brush it with the melted butter, without overdoing it.

Cut the pastry into squares about 6 centimeters on each side and place the taleggio cheese and the Wudy pure pork both cut into cubes in each square.

Sprinkle with thyme and close the pouches by folding the sides to make little packages. Place the candies on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake for 7-8 minutes at 180°C. When the filo pastry has browned well, you can remove the pouches and place them on a colorful serving dish.

Decorate with a sprig of thyme and bring to the table. The filo pastry cools down quite quickly, so bring the pouches to the table immediately and they will be ready to be eaten.
