Procedure

To marinate the bacon, put the slices in a sauce obtained by mixing the mustard with salt and pepper. In the meantime, fry a clove of garlic in extra virgin olive oil. Add the mushrooms roughly cut and adjust with salt and pepper bringing to cooking.

Once the mushrooms are ready, cook the bacon slices on the grill or on a plate, it will take just a few minutes per side. Toast the bread slices as well and then assemble the sandwich by placing the bacon slices and pouring the mushrooms on top.
