1 pack of AIA bacon slices
1 clove of garlic
1-2 glasses of white wine
4 large potatoes
3 carrots
Rosemary
Extra virgin olive oil

Description

To bring an incredibly delicious baked chicken to the table, you must try the recipe for baked chicken with bacon. As a side dish for this second course, you cannot miss out on baked potatoes with carrots. 

With the baked chicken with bacon, you will have the perfect dish for a Sunday family lunch, but you will also make a great impression at a dinner with friends. Use this recipe for a celebration evening, like for a children's birthday. Everyone will be thrilled.

To prepare the baked chicken with bacon, first turn on the oven and bring it to a temperature of 180°C. Then place the chicken in the baking dish and arrange some rosemary sprigs on top, which you will secure by wrapping the meat with the bacon.

Separately, peel the potatoes and rinse them well until they have eliminated all the starch. Then dry them and cut them into medium-sized wedges.

Also clean the carrots and cut them into chunks. Arrange the vegetables at the bottom of the casserole all around the chicken along with a clothed garlic clove.

Season the chicken and vegetables with oil, salt and pepper then sprinkle with the white wine. Cook for 40 minutes, pouring the wine from the bottom over the chicken and potatoes after 20 minutes of cooking.
