4 extra fresh large AIA eggs
300 g of 00 flour
150 g of sugar
130 g of butter
400 g of seedless white grapes
1 vanilla pod
1 sachet of yeast
70 ml of milk

After the apple cake and the yogurt cake we want to propose the recipe of the grape cake, a real concentrate of sweetness and taste. Preparing the grape cake is very easy and in a few simple steps you will have a soft and delicate dessert, perfect to serve at a tea party, a snack or ideal to enjoy at breakfast to start the day in the best way.

First of all, butter the cake mold and turn on the oven to preheat to 180°C.


After washing and drying the grapes well, in a planetary mixer sift the flour, sugar, yeast and a pinch of salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the softened butter. Work the dough with your hands then also add the eggs. Continue to work the dough and then also add the pulp of the vanilla pod and the milk.


Beat all the ingredients well until you get a homogeneous dough. Insert the grape berries into the dough and pour it into the mold and sprinkle with icing sugar. Bake the cake and let it cook for about half an hour.
