6 extra fresh large AIA eggs
150 g of dark chocolate
200 g of butter
170 g of sugar
180 g of 00 flour
50 g of bitter cocoa
8 g of baking powder

First of all, roughly chop the dark chocolate and melt it in a bain-marie, letting it warm up while stirring it from time to time.

Now cut the butter into cubes and put it in the glass of a planetary mixer together with the sugar. Blend at medium speed.

Break the eggs into a bowl and pour them into the planetary mixer to obtain a homogeneous cream. Now also add the dark chocolate and continue to work the ingredients. Add a pinch of salt and, in the meantime, in a bowl mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder and add them to the chocolate mixture.

Now line a cake tin with baking paper and pour the mixture into it, leveling the surface. Bake in a preheated oven and cook for about 40 minutes at 180°C
