1 pack of AIA pork loin slices
2 extra fresh large AIA eggs
Seed oil
Extra virgin olive oil
Green salad
1 apple
Walnut kernels
Apple vinegar
Ketchup or barbecue sauce


The crispy cutlets with corn flakes are the perfect solution to serve on the table a triumph of taste and color! In this preparation, the classic cutlet is revisited with an even crunchier breading. The idea is to create a simple and fun dish, but of great taste, that will make all your guests' mouth water! Easy and very quick to prepare, here is the original recipe of the crispy cutlets with corn flakes!



In a bowl, break the eggs and beat them, adding a pinch of salt and pepper. Crumble the corn flakes coarsely and pass the AIA pork loin slices first in the flour, then in the beaten egg and bread them in the corn flakes. Arrange the cutlets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.


Put the salad in a bowl, add the slices of apple and season with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and a drop of apple vinegar. Add the walnut kernels. Plate and serve. Enjoy your meal!
