Procedure
Wash the rice well under cold water, then boil it in slightly salted boiling water. Drain the rice, season it with rice vinegar and let it cool. Prepare the sauce by putting the butter in a saucepan. Melt the butter and add the flour and curry. Mix well to perfectly blend all the ingredients, then remove the saucepan from the heat and add the milk in a thin stream while continuing to stir.
Return the saucepan to the heat and continue stirring until the sauce reaches a boil, at that point turn off the heat. Fry The Milanese until it is very crispy. Wash the salad well and dry it. With a pastry cutter, form two rice burgers. On one rice burger, place the salad, The Milanese seasoned with a pinch of salt and the sauce. Cover with the other rice burger and season on top with white sesame, black sesame, soy sauce and a sprinkle of chopped coriander.
