Chicken Cutlet with Mushroom and Cherry Tomato Salad

Description
The cutlet, or breaded slice if you will, is one of the most widespread dishes in Italian kitchens from North to South.
It pleases children, but it is a delicious dish for adults too. Good and quick to prepare even for an impromptu dinner with friends. Accompanied with a fresh salad of mushrooms and cherry tomatoes, it is ideal for a light and appetizing summer meal.
Procedure
To prepare the cutlet with mushroom and tomato salad, turn on the oven and heat it to 200°C, in the meantime clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly.
Also wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half, then season them, along with the mushrooms, with oil, salt, and chopped parsley.
When the oven is heated, put the AIA chicken cutlets to cook for 10 minutes.
There will be no need to add oil or butter and the cutlets will be ready to be served with the fresh salad of cherry tomatoes and mushrooms.
